In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UK government have implemented a national lockdown in England. Theatre venues and attractions remain unable to open due to the lockdown. We know that this is disappointing, so to make things as easy as possible, we will automatically issue you a credit voucher for use on your next theatre outing.
Validity of my credit voucher:
Your voucher is valid for 18 months (from date of issue), which will allow you to return to the theatre as soon as it is safe to do so. The voucher value is secured for the full 18-month period. This means that if any outstanding value remains after you have made your booking, this value will be retained and may be used towards another booking within the 18 months. Bookings need to be made before the expiry date of the voucher, but the new performance dates can be beyond that.
Please note that if your voucher originally had an expiry date during 2021, we have automatically extended it to 31st March 2022 to ensure you have ample time to redeem your voucher!
How will I receive my credit voucher:
You will receive your credit voucher by email and this will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your booking. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case!
I haven’t received my credit voucher:
We are a small but mighty team and we want to issue your credit voucher as quickly as possible. We are currently issuing credit vouchers systematically, in line with The Society of London Theatre official closures and since then, the shows which we have received an extended confirmed closure period for. Once closures have been confirmed, we aim to get your credit voucher to you as soon as possible, however there may be a short delay due to the volume of cancellations we are currently dealing with. Please look out for your credit voucher confirmation by email.
How to redeem my credit voucher:
The fun part! Once you are ready to redeem your voucher, please submit a request (top right), where you can fill out our submission form to redeem. A member of our customer services team will be in touch to confirm your new booking. Our team will also take care of any additional payments or remaining credit balance from your credit voucher.
